1. Lush – The Olive Branch Shower Gel
Partial to a lovely shower gel, I had been wanting to get my hands on this for a long time now. Packed with olive oil, bergamot oil and mandarins, this sounds like the perfect shower gel to me. With a tendency for dry skin, any shower gel crammed with oil seems to suit my skin perfectly. I cannot wait to finish other shower gels, so can crack this open!
2. Grazia Magazine
I am a bookworm and just love reading. I have an endless supply of weekly magazines and love nothing more than to snuggle up on the sofa with the cats. Grazia is a re-discovery. Used to love this, and for some reason I hadn’t bought for ages, however with a tempting 25% offer adorning the front cover for Whistles, this has certainly made it back into my life. And the content’s pretty good too.
3. Nars ITA Contour Brush
It was always a gamble buying this much hyped about contour brush. Promises of chiselled cheekbones. When you are blessed with a round baby face, you do need all the help you can get. I can honestly say this brush is amazing, I am so glad to report the hype is completely justified. Using this every day, it has completely changed my makeup routine and how I apply makeup and I absolutely love it. Those cheek bones look pretty good too!
4. The Body Shop Blue Corn (3-In-1 Deep Cleansing Mask)
Recommended by a friend I have decided to give this a go. So far I have used this just once and am not sure if I am that keen on the smell, however I am interested to see how my skin will benefit from using this.
5. ‘Pretty Honest’ by Sali Hughes
This book has been on my list for a while, I am so glad I bought this from Amazon, with a voucher I had, it cost just £1. A frank, honest and well-written beauty bible, ideal for any beauty blogger or make up lover. The perfect companion for an evening read. If you are looking for something frothy. this is not it. It is witty, straight to the point, and informative. A must have for any beauty bloggers bookshelf.
