Benefit’s Gimme Brow has been in my stash for a long time now. I have loved using it every day, for as long as I can remember and alternated between that and MAC Brow Set, which is a little darker. L’Oreal’s Brow Artist Plumper has come along and well, stolen their crown. It has completely stolen the show. Since I added this to my collection, Gimme and Brow Set are collecting dust.
The formula is great, it thickens brows beautifully. It is non crusty and lasts all day. The brush is a similar size to Gimme Brow with a longer handle, which actually makes it easier to use.
The formula sets and holds the brows, but remains non crusty. OOOOhh I hate it when they feel like they are covered in hairspray. Even though I am fair I use the dark shade to give me natural, brown brows. It is cooled toned, with no hint of redness.
I would go as far to say, that this product is outstanding, it does a better job than Benefit and MAC’s version. Brows look thicker (the fibres add volume) and groomed. At under £6, this is a complete and utter steal. My purse gives this product a thumbs up!
Need a new brow gel? This could be your guy.
