Temple Spa | Repose Aromatherapy Resting Cream.

When this little beauty landed on my doorstep, I was intrigued. For Lent I promised Temple Spa, I would give up my usual night time moisturiser (which let’s face it can be one of many) and give Repose* a real test.

Now, I am normally a no frills girl at night time. You know the drill. Slap some Nivea or the equivalent on, spritz a face spray and slather on a little lip balm. I’ve not tried anything for night-time quite as lovely as this before.

Full of skin-loving ingredients; jojoba, hops, vitamins, frankincense and essential oils, this isn’t just ‘a good night’s sleep in a jar’, but a ‘great night’s sleep’.  Rich, non-greasy, this cream sinks into the skin beautifully. It smells incredible and I cannot put it down, it is actually addictive.

Since using this, the texture of my skin has changed, it’s softer and not so dry. I have slept better than ever. I wake up in a better mood.  My partner’s happy as I am happy.  I feel calm, not so anxious. And my skin just loves it.

You can also dab this on the temples and wrists. As you may know I suffer from headaches and worse than that migraines, I find that a little dab on my temples really helps me to relax, so in turn have less headaches.

Lent has now finished, however this pot is staying firmly on my bedside stand. It’s not going anywhere.

The best £39.00 you’ll ever spend.
