Aesop Parsley Seed Cleansing Masque.

Aesop Parsley Seed Cleansing Masque, face mask, skin care

Aesop’s Parsley Seed Cleansing Masque featured way back on BBB in September last year. Back then the tube was all shiny and fairly new. The tube is now nearly empty, every last inch squeezed out. I felt it was time to actually pay homage to this fantastic mask and the greatness it does for my skin.

The first few times this hit my skin it did actually sting mildly, however over time, the stinging reduced and it works a treat. You can really feel it working, it seems to tighten the skin. Slap a thin layer all over your chops and leave on for 15 minutes.  The actual product is fairly watery, unusual as many clay masks are much thicker in texture.

After washing away, skin feels soft, so clean and refreshed. This can dry your skin out a little, however nothing a great moisturiser won’t fix.

This clay mask has a special place in my massive skin care collection, in my opinion it’s even better than Glam Glow. The tube lasts ages, it’s cheaper and suits my skin type (dry) better.

Packed with skin happy ingredients; parsley seed, evening primrose and rose-hip seed.  Used twice a week, my skin is the clearest it has ever been.

Has anyone else tried this, what do you think? What’s your Holy Grail mask?
