You all know I love skincare. I don’t care if the product costs 50p or £50, if it gives the results I expect then I am happy. As we’re talking about the cheaper end of the market this week, I am bringing you 3 products under £6 which are skin-changing.
Garnier’s recently re-packaged Fresh Radiance Boosting Scrub is a real treat. Gentle enough to use in the morning and evening (although I only use AM), this citrus fragranced exfoliator is a fantastic pick-me up for the skin. Think of any delicious Jo Malone zesty fragrance and you’re there. It’s aimed towards dull and tired skin, I wouldn’t say my skin is tired, however this zingy scrub really wakes me up in the morning. The gel like formula is easy to massage into the skin and the exfoliating beads get rid of any dead skin, leaving a smooth and fresh looking complexion. I seriously cannot get enough of this stuff. And it doesn’t dry out my dehydrated skin. Currently just £3.99 (150ml)
Kiko’s Cleansing Milk has been a permanent resident on my bathroom shelf for weeks now, however much I use this (which is regularly), the bottle seems to be never-ending. So it’s great value for money, just £5.90 for 200ml. This creamy cleanser is efficient and oh so gentle on the skin. It smells amazing (fresh) and removes all make-up even hard-to-remove mascara. Suitable for all skin types.
We all love a great micellar water, imagine my delight when I picked up Thrice As Nice 3 In 1 Cleansing Water from Wilko, for just £2.00. As good as Bioderma, this gentle magic water left my skin smooth, soft and removed everything. Packed with Apricot Oil and Baobab Oil, it smelt pretty great too. Perfect to travel with, this small bottle (150ml) is a 3 in 1 (as the name suggests) and as well as removing makeup, cleanses and tones. This is a purse-friendly, lovely product to use. I am officially awarding Thrice As Nice, steal of the century!
