As Magnaminty is designed to work all over the body, I am partial to using this once a week on my chest area, upper arms and even back. It seems to even out those annoying little bumps on the tops of my arms and leaves skin feeling altogether smoother. It doesn’t dry my skin out either, which some masks can, making this gentle enough to use on even the most sensitive of skin types. My skin feels calm and ultra smooth, after just one use.
When it comes to skincare, you know I’m a fanatic. With bathroom cupboards overflowing and products everywhere, there’s always something new and hopefully good to try. Long gone are the days of a set skincare routine. I’m always on the hunt for better products and constantly searching for staples to add to my routine. Of course, there are already staples. The ones I return to again and again and cannot be without. There are also new discoveries, so when Lush’s Mask of Magnaminty landed on my doorstep, I was in for an extremely pleasant surprise.
Branded as a ‘multi-purpose’ mask to clean, calm and clear the skin. Magnaminty is true to it’s word. I found this spearmint scented concoction, ideal for use on my face at ‘that time’ of the month. A quick dose of this helped to keep blemishes at bay and the minty fragrance feels refreshing and is a welcome treat to the skin.
Made with peppermint oil (to stimulate the skin), marigold oil and chlorophyllin to treat the skin. Mask of Magnaminty is also packed with evening primrose seeds and aduki beans to exfoliate.
So, as I said, I have staples. This is one mask I will definitely be adding to that list. It’s quickly becoming a regular in my hap-hazard routine.
Have you tried this mask? What do you think? Is there another mask from Lush which you prefer? Or is your fave mask from another brand entirely?
