For the body, one of the products I am most looking forward to getting my hands on is Clarins’ Body Treatment Oil. Pamper night is a coming!
I must admit since compiling this wish list, a few of these pieces have already made their way into my beauty collection. Just writing this, I feel inspired to head to ASOS, add numerous items to my basket, whittling it down to a few key pieces and hitting (must) ‘pay now’, Restraint is key here. After a brief ASOS dreaming moment, it’s time to focus on the items I REALLY am lusting after.
As of yet, I’ve tried nothing from Rodial. There are rave reviews online of both their X-Treme Hangover Mask and Compact Deluxe Banana Powder. I’m a sucker for beautiful packaging, even with the expensive price tag, I can see these two heading my way very soon. I’m still on a purge, decluttering and using products up. Rimmel’s Stay Matte is on its way out, so this could be a wonderful replacement.
YSL’s Rouge Pur Couture Lip Creams (404) have been everywhere. I love YSL as a brand and their Rouge Volupte lipsticks. The sleek packaging of the Lip Creams and array of colours, makes me seriously rethink my lip drawer. It’s time to get a little Autumn appropriate.
For the times when concealer is a must, to cover those dark under eye areas, I’m still hunting for a great setting powder to complete the job in hand. I’m sure Rodial’s Banana Powder would be quite wonderful. However Bare Minerals Well Rested Eye Brightener sounds just what I need. It’s designed to brighten up the under eye area, so I’m hoping this would set concealer to leave skin looking fairly fresh and non-cakey.
I’m on a strict diet. The worst thing consumed over the last 4 days has been a mini packet of Maltesers. And being honest with you, this didn’t quite hit the spot. As I write this I feel compelled to binge on a deluxe order from Krispy Kreme or have a massive plate of nachos with mountains of hot cheese. I can feel my tummy rumbling.
Anyways, I have set myself a few goals, when I lose a certain amount of weight there are treats I am going to allow myself to buy (note: a Burberry scarf features in this – these are real incentives). A sleek body and a supersoft cashmere scarf, you are in sight!
A few weeks ago, I spotted a very well known blogger sporting a fancy Valentino earring. It was beautiful, stylish and slightly on the statement side. And it was £150, for one earring! I have scoured the internet on many cold nights and came across this almost dupe from Hobbs. Their gold Erin Pearl earring looks the same and you even get a pair! I did actually buy these and they are lovely. So pretty, just what I was looking for and just £30.
I dream of a Chloe Medium Faye Bag (Purple). The colour, the cut, the size. Perfection. For now I have settled for a similar style and colour from H and M. Chloe’s version is £1300. When those lotto numbers come up, I am quite sure I will be off to Selfridges for a spend up!
What’s on your list? Style or beauty. I would love to know the things you are looking to pick up this Autumn. Anything I have to try?
